Business Growth Manager (Data Center Solutions) Position OverviewThe Business Growth Manager will drive revenue, expand market presence, and build long-term business opportunities for Data Center Infrastructure Solutions, including UPS Systems, Precision Air Conditioning, IBMS, Power Distribution, and complete Data Center setups. This role requires technical expertise, strong solution-consulting skills, and the ability to convert enterprise leads into strategic business relationships. Key Responsibilities1. Business Development & GrowthIdentify and generate new business opportunities across corporate, commercial, industrial, and government sectors. Develop and implement growth strategies for Data Center infrastructure solutions. Create and manage sales pipelines for: UPS Systems Precision Air Conditioning (PAC) IBMS PDUs Server room & turnkey Data Center solutions Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets. 2. Client Acquisition & Relationship ManagementEngage with CIOs, IT Heads, Facility Managers, Consultants, and PMCs. Develop strong long-term relationships with enterprise clients. Understand customer requirements and propose the right mix of solutions (UPS, PAC, BMS, Racks, etc.). Conduct client site visits, requirement analysis, and deliver techno-commercial proposals. 3. Technical & Solution Engineering CoordinationCollaborate with engineering teams to prepare BOQs, configurations, and solution designs. Deliver product demos, presentations, and technical clarifications. Coordinate with OEMs (Schneider, Vertiv, Delta, Honeywell, etc.) for pricing, solution validation, and approvals. 4. Tendering & Proposal DevelopmentMonitor and respond to government and enterprise tenders. Prepare techno-commercial proposals, compliance sheets, and documentation. Manage complete bid processes including negotiation and order closure. 5. Market Intelligence & StrategyConduct market research on competition, new segments, and evolving Data Center trends. Suggest improvements in product positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategy. Develop partnerships with OEMs, consultants, and contractors to strengthen business reach. 6. Post-Sale CoordinationFacilitate smooth handover to project and service teams after order confirmation. Support client communication, documentation, and kickoff activities until execution. Required Skills & CompetenciesStrong understanding of Data Center architecture and components: UPS, PAC, IBMS, PDUs, Racks, Power Systems, Precision Cooling, etc. Excellent communication, presentation, and solution-selling abilities. Capability to manage complex enterprise sales cycles. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently. Education & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferred). 3–7 years of experience in: Data Center Infrastructure UPS Solutions HVAC (Precision AC) IBMS or related technical industries Experience with enterprise projects and tender management is an added advantage. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Revenue achievement & profitability. New client acquisition and conversion rate. Tender success ratio & pipeline expansion. Relationship development with OEMs & consultants.
