Role Summary:
Responsible for overall operations, maintenance, and management of the State Data Center ensuring uptime, compliance, and adherence to SLAs.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of IT and non-IT infrastructure. Manage resource allocation, vendor coordination, and compliance with RFP SLAs. Conduct periodic performance reviews, audits, and reporting to stakeholders. Lead incident and problem management processes.
