We are looking for Power BI Tech Lead

About the Role:

Duration: Permanent

Location: Chennai, Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad - 2-11 pm shift

Timings: Full Time (As per company timings)

Notice Period: (Immediate Joiner - Only)

Experience: 9-12 Years

Shift Timing : 2 – 11 PM IST (they can work from office till 6pm and then they can head back to their home and login back to finish their work)

Location : Bangalore, Chennai & Hyderabad, Pune

Hybrid - in office 2 days per week as needed ( Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune)

Experience Range - 9+ years exp.

They should have a proper Team Lead experience (we need someone who has led and handled a team of 3-4 members, just mentoring them is not sufficient)

Excellent Communication skills

This would be a combinational role (70% Individual contributor & 30% Lead role)

Experience with Python Automation skillset (minimum 1-2 years - associate must have shown some initiative using AI (Python script automation)).

Please try to look for someone having minimum 6 months US Healthcare experience

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Power BI Tech Lead to drive the design, development, and deployment of business intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Power BI, SQL, SSRS, and Report Builder, with a strong ability to lead BI initiatives and mentor junior developers.

Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end development of Power BI dashboards and reports.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Design and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).

Develop and maintain SSRS reports and Report Builder solutions.

Ensure data accuracy, performance, and scalability of BI solutions.

Provide technical leadership and guidance to the BI development team.

Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and ensure best practices in BI development.

Stay updated with the latest BI technologies and trends to continuously improve reporting capabilities.

Skills and Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics.

Python Automation Script

Expert-level proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling).

Strong hands-on experience with SQL (complex queries, stored procedures, performance tuning).

Proficiency in SSRS and Report Builder.

Healthcare experience to understand data models, attributes etc. is good to have (not must)

Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Ability to lead and mentor a team of BI developers.
