✅ Minimum Qualifications: 1. Educational Qualification: Minimum: Graduation (any stream: BA, B.Com, B.Sc, BBA, etc.) Preferred: Diploma/Certification in Counseling, Psychology, or Education (optional but adds value) 2. Experience (Preferred but not always mandatory): 0–2 years for entry-level positions Prior experience in counseling, front desk, or customer service is an advantage 3. Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Familiarity with emails, data entry, and handling admission forms ✅ Key Skills Required: Excellent communication skills (especially in English & regional language) Pleasing personality & confident attitude Patience and listening ability to understand student needs Convincing and persuasive skills Basic multitasking and organization abilities Professional telephone etiquette ✅ Typical Job Responsibilities: Greeting students and parents at the front desk Answering phone calls and emails Providing course/admission information Guiding students about career choices, programs, and exams Maintaining student inquiry data and follow-up ✅ Optional Add-ons (Highly Preferred): Experience in an educational institute CRM or student management software knowledge Spoken English or personality development certification Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹8,534.50 - ₹24,297.16 per month Benefits: Food provided Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 10/08/2025
