Minimum Qualifications:

1.

Educational Qualification:

• Minimum: Graduation (any stream: BA, B.Com, B.Sc, BBA, etc.)
• Preferred: Diploma/Certification in Counseling, Psychology, or Education (optional but adds value)

2.

Experience (Preferred but not always mandatory):

• 0–2 years for entry-level positions
• Prior experience in counseling, front desk, or customer service is an advantage

3.

Computer Skills:

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Familiarity with emails, data entry, and handling admission forms

• Patience and listening ability to understand student needs
• Convincing and persuasive skills
• Basic multitasking and organization abilities

Typical Job Responsibilities:

• Greeting students and parents at the front desk
• Answering phone calls and emails
• Providing course/admission information
• Guiding students about career choices, programs, and exams
• Maintaining student inquiry data and follow-up

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,534.50 - ₹24,297.16 per month
