Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team at Shoolini University’s Panchkula office. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of Microsoft Excel and Office tools , solid research abilities, and a keen eye for data accuracy to support data-driven decisions Key Responsibilities: Collect, clean, and analyse large data sets from multiple sources. Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word . Conduct comprehensive market and business research to assist strategic planning. Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights for management. Collaborate with internal teams for data reporting and research requirements. Maintain accuracy and integrity in all data processes and reporting. Assist in the automation and optimization of data management processes Key Skills & Requirements: 1-2 years of proven experience in a data analysis or research-based role. Degree in MBA, BBA, CSE, or related field. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts, dashboards). Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook). Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Excellent research, data interpretation, and reporting skills. Experience working with Google Sheets is preferred. Good communication skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of Power BI / SQL would be an added advantage.
