In this role, resource will be responsible for managing and analyzing our organization's information systems to support data-driven decision-making processes.

• Develop and maintain management information systems to collect, process, and analyze data • Generate regular reports and ad-hoc analyses to support business operations and strategic planning

• Collaborate with various departments to understand their information needs and provide tailored solutions

• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all information systems

• Implement and manage database systems, including data warehousing and business intelligence tools

• Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support to end-users

• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend system improvements

• Develop and maintain documentation for all MIS processes and procedures Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field

• 3-5 years of experience in MIS or a similar role

• Experience in PowerBI

• Strong proficiency in database management systems and SQL

• Experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications

• Knowledge of ERP systems and their implementation • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Effective communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for decision-makers
