Qualification and Experience
1. Report Development and Visualization:
Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data
visualizations.
Implement data-driven solutions that meet business needs and align with
stakeholders' requirements.
2. Data Preparation and Transformation:
Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources.
Optimize data models for performance and usability in Power BI.
3. Collaboration:
Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to
gather and understand reporting requirements.
Provide technical support to users for Power BI-related tasks.
4. Data Integration and Connectivity:
Connect Power BI to diverse data sources like SQL databases, Excel, and
cloud-based platforms.
Ensure secure and reliable data connections.
5. Quality Assurance:
Perform data validation and ensure data accuracy in reports.
Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues.
6. Continuous Improvement:
Monitor and enhance dashboard performance.
Stay updated on Power BI features and best practices, implementing new
functionalities to improve reporting
Skills Required
Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data
Analytics, or a related field.
Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI development and
visualization.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, Data Modelling).
Knowledge of SQL and database querying.
Familiarity with data integration tools and workflows.
Basic understanding of data warehousing concepts.
