Job Title: Data Analyst Job Summary : We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to support our initiatives in the skill development and vocational training sector. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, supporting project implementation, and generating data-driven insights to enhance the effectiveness of skill development programs. Website:- https://msagsi.com/ Key Responsibilities: ○ Collect, clean, and analyze data from training centers, government dashboards (e.g., NSDC, SDMS), and internal systems. ○ Manage all the reports and be responsible for keeping weekly sector wise data. ○ Share the same with the management as and when required. ○ Generate performance reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support decision-making. ○ Map current operational processes and suggest improvements for training delivery, candidate mobilization, assessments. ○ Identify gaps in existing workflows and recommend automation or technology interventions. ○ Liaise with internal teams, training partners, assessment bodies, and government stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure project alignment. ○ Facilitate smooth communication between technical and non-technical teams. ○ Interpret government guidelines and schemes (like PMKVY, DDU-GKY, etc.) to ensure program compliance. ○ Prepare documentation for audits and compliance reviews. Qualifications: ● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Social Sciences, or related field. ● Should have past experience in MIS ● 1-2 years of experience as a Business Analyst/data analyst, preferably in the education, training, or social impact sectors. ● Familiarity with skill development schemes (PMKVY, NSDC, DDU-GKY, etc.) is a strong advantage Skills Required: ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. ● Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). ● Experience with databases is a must and SQL (optional). ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ● Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work independently.
