Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Insights

• Gather, clean, and prepare datasets from databases, APIs, and spreadsheets.
• Analyze data to uncover trends, patterns, correlations, and opportunities.
• Translate analytical findings into actionable insights that support business goals.
• Conduct ad-hoc and exploratory analysis for leadership and operational teams.

Reporting & Dashboarding

• Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Salesforce.
• Automate recurring reporting processes and ensure data freshness.
• Produce executive-ready visualizations with clear, compelling narratives.

Data Quality Management

• Validate data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across systems.
• Perform data normalization, deduplication, and error remediation.
• Identify data gaps and collaborate with stakeholders to implement fixes.
• Ensure timely completion of true-ups and renewals.

Tools, Modeling & Process Improvement

• Develop queries, scripts, and models using SQL, Python, R, or similar tools.
• Contribute to statistical modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
• Enhance reporting processes and support data governance best practices.

Required Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or other visualization tools.
• Familiarity with Python or R for data manipulation and modeling (preferred).
• Solid understanding of statistical methods and data validation.
• Ability to present complex insights clearly to non-technical audiences.
