Job Description Lead and manage client engagements focused on DevOps transformation and cloud adoption. Provide expert advisory services on Azure DevOps, infrastructure as code (primarily Terraform), CI/CD pipeline architecture, and DevSecOps strategies. Architect and implement sophisticated CI/CD pipelines to automate software delivery processes. Design and implement infrastructure as code solutions using Terraform for various cloud environments (primarily Azure). Integrate security best practices and automation into the CI/CD pipeline (DevSecOps). Translate complex technical concepts and solutions into clear and concise communication for both technical and executive stakeholders. Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' current DevOps practices and provide strategic recommendations for improvement. Implement and configure Azure DevOps services, including Azure Repos, Azure Boards, Azure Pipelines, and Azure Artifacts. Define and implement branching strategies, build automation, release management, and environment provisioning processes. Establish and enforce DevOps best practices, standards, and governance models. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to cloud infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and automation. Mentor and guide client teams on DevOps principles and practices. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and emerging technologies in the DevOps and cloud landscape. Contribute to the development of internal knowledge base and best Required : 5+ years of advanced, hands-on experience in DevOps engineering and consulting. Expert-level proficiency in Azure DevOps services and ecosystem. Deep expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC), with a strong focus on Terraform. Proven ability to architect, design, and implement complex CI/CD pipelines. Strong understanding and practical experience with DevSecOps principles and implementation. Excellent communication skills with 100% English Fluency (written and verbal) a must. Demonstrated ability to present technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences, including executive leadership. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent client relationship management and consulting skills. Ability to lead and influence technical discussions and drive consensus. Solid understanding of cloud computing principles and architectures (primarily Azure). Experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python) for automation.
