Job Description: Data Analyst – Invoice 360
Experience: Min. 1-2 years.
Function: Operations Analytics / Business Intelligence
Reporting To: Operations Manager
Role Overview
We are seeking a Data Analyst to support Invoice Management operations by converting raw data into actionable insights. This role focuses on productivity, accuracy, SLA tracking, and operational dashboards to enable data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
· Build and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational dashboards
· Analyze invoice volume, complexity, productivity, accuracy, and SLA trends
· Automate recurring reports and reduce manual reporting effort
· Track KPIs such as invoices per FTE, accuracy %, TAT, backlog aging
· Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend improvement actions
· Support leadership reviews and client reporting
· Collaborate with Operations, QA, and Technology teams
Required Skills
· Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, formulas)
· SQL for data extraction and validation
· Dashboard tools – Power BI / Tableau
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good to Have
· Experience in Invoice Processing / Finance Operations
· Knowledge of complexity-based productivity models
· Exposure to OCR or automation workflows
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, or related field. Certifications in Data Analytics or Power BI are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹318,735.94 - ₹1,283,277.00 per year
