Role SummaryWe are seeking a Data Analyst with strong command over SPSS and SQL to support analytic, reporting, and statistical needs of business units. The role involves extracting, analyzing, modeling, and interpreting data to generate insights that drive business decisions. The candidate will also design reports/dashboards and present findings to stakeholders. Key ResponsibilitiesWork with business / domain teams to gather and refine analytical requirements. Use SQL to extract, join, aggregate, and filter data from relational databases. Cleanse, preprocess, and validate data to ensure accuracy and integrity. Use SPSS (Statistics Package for the Social Sciences) for statistical analysis: regressions, ANOVA, clustering, hypothesis testing, factor analysis, etc. Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) and trend analyses, identify correlations, outliers, and patterns. Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations (Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or internal tools). Translate statistical findings into actionable business insights and present to stakeholders. Document methodology, assumptions, data pipelines, and report logic. Liaise with data engineering, BI, and infrastructure teams to ensure availability of required datasets. Continuously refine and optimize queries, analysis pipelines, and reporting processes. Support ad-hoc queries and deep-dive analyses as needed. Monitor KPIs, detect anomalies, and alert relevant stakeholders
