About You:
As a Data Analyst at Fello, you will be the critical bridge between our AI Team and high-quality data. This isn't just about spreadsheets—you'll be supporting the development and deployment of AI agents by ensuring our data is accurate, enriched, and ready for intelligent automation. You'll handle semi-manual data enrichment tasks for leads and contacts, perform data quality checks, and help maintain the data foundations that power our AI systems. This role is perfect for someone who is technically curious, detail-oriented, and eager to grow at the intersection of data and AI in a fast-paced startup environment.
This is a remote role, offering flexibility to work from anywhere in India.
You Will:
- Support the AI Innovation Team by handling semi-manual enrichment of leads and contacts, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Perform data crunching, cleaning, and validation tasks to prepare datasets for AI model training and agent deployment.
- Execute enrichment workflows using a combination of tools, scripts, and manual research to fill data gaps.
- Collaborate with the AI Team to understand data requirements and prioritize enrichment requests efficiently.
- Maintain and update data in CRM systems, databases, and internal tools with high attention to detail.
- Identify patterns, inconsistencies, and quality issues in data, and propose solutions to improve data integrity.
- Document enrichment processes and create repeatable workflows to scale operations.
- Learn and adapt to new AI tools, APIs, and lightweight automation techniques to improve efficiency over time.
- Communicate progress on data tasks clearly and proactively flag blockers or challenges.
You Have:
- 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, data operations, or a related role (fresh graduates with strong analytical skills are welcome).
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets including formulas, pivot tables, and data manipulation.
- Basic understanding of databases and SQL (or willingness to learn quickly).
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) or data enrichment platforms is a plus.
- Comfort with technology—you're not afraid to learn new tools, use APIs, or write simple scripts.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data quality under tight deadlines.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
- Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical teams.
- Bonus: Exposure to Python, data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker), or AI/ML concepts
