Data Analyst

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Data Analyst to join our growing analytics team. Key Responsibilities:

- Data Collection & Cleaning: Assist in collecting and preprocessing data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

- Data Analysis: Perform basic statistical analysis and data manipulation using tools like Excel, SQL, or Python/R.

- Reporting & Dashboards: Assist in creating standard reports and dashboards to track key metrics and trends.

- Data Visualization: Support the creation of visualizations (charts, graphs, and other data visual formats) for presentations and reporting.

- Support Senior Analysts: Work with senior data analysts and business teams to understand reporting needs and provide relevant data insights.

- Data Quality & Integrity: Ensure data quality by identifying and correcting data inconsistencies or issues.

- Documentation: Help document data processes and procedures to maintain standards and improve workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

-Experience: 1-3 years

- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and organize large datasets.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).

- Basic knowledge of SQL to extract data from relational databases.

- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) or an interest in learning them.

- Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Desirable Skills:

- Knowledge of statistical analysis and machine learning basics.

- Experience working with business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau).

- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud).
