Monitoring market trends, emerging ingredients, and technologies to identify innovation opportunities; and supporting sensory evaluations, shelf-life testing, and consumer trials Qualifications: Educational Background: BSc/ MSc or Btech/Mtech in Food Science & Technology or Dairy Technology Experience: 1- 4 years of experience in R&D, specifically in beverage & dairy product development. Previous experience in flavor application development, preferably in the beverage & dairy category Skills: The candidate should have strong knowledge of flavours, ingredients, processing methods, and food safety standards in the beverage industry. Familiarity with sensory evaluation and consumer insight tools, and proficiency in using lab equipment and analytical tools relevant to beverage R&D.
