Job Description

Responsibilities include:
Quality System Leadership: Develop, implement, and rigorously maintain a comprehensive Quality Management System (QMS). This includes ensuring full adherence to dairy industry best practices and compliance with critical standards like ISO, EIA, BIS, and FSSAI.Regulatory Compliance & Audits: Guarantee continuous regulatory compliance and conduct frequent, thorough audits and inspections to uphold the highest levels of hygiene and safety across all plant operations.Product Testing & Analysis: Oversee the meticulous testing of all raw materials, in-process items, and finished dairy products, ensuring their quality and safety.Continuous Improvement: Manage the resolution of customer complaints, performing in-depth data analysis to identify trends and drive significant process quality improvements throughout the production lifecycle.Team Management & Reporting: Lead and mentor the quality team, fostering a proactive and excellence-driven environment. Prepare and present detailed quality reports to senior management, providing actionable insights.
