The ideal candidate should be a fresher with 0-5 years of experience. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to handle customer queries and complaints in a professional and efficient manner. Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers Resolve customer complaints and problems in a timely manner Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate teams Keep records of customer interactions and transactions Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in any field Excellent communication skills in English Basic computer skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Customer service experience is a plus Problem-solving skills Ability to work in a team environment Willingness to work in rotational shifts
