Job Description

As a Customer Support Specialist in the Revenue Management team at our company, your role will involve conducting onboarding sessions for new hotel partners, providing training on our platform eZee Mint and revenue management best practices. You will offer continuous support by resolving queries, troubleshooting issues, and advising on pricing strategies. Collaboration with internal teams is essential to ensure smooth implementation and adoption of revenue management tools. Analyzing performance data to measure strategy effectiveness and identifying improvement opportunities will be a key responsibility. It is important to stay updated with industry trends and innovations to enhance support quality and drive revenue growth. Building strong relationships with hotel partners by providing timely and insightful assistance is crucial. Additionally, registering hotels on online travel portals using YCS Content API tools will be part of your duties. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct onboarding sessions for hotel partners - Provide continuous support and advice on pricing strategies - Collaborate with internal teams for smooth implementation of tools - Analyze performance data and identify improvement opportunities - Stay updated with industry trends - Build strong relationships with hotel partners - Register hotels on online travel portals using YCS Content API tools Key Competencies for the Role: - 13 years of experience in Revenue Management or a similar analytical role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment - Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively - Familiarity with eZee software suite is preferred Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Hospitality, or a related field - 13 years of experience in revenue management or a related domain - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with revenue management software If you are passionate about hospitality, data-driven decision-making, and delivering exceptional partner experiences, we welcome you to apply and contribute to the success of eZee Mint.
