- Assist customers via live chat and email
- Troubleshoot issues and guide customers toward quick resolutions
- Educate users on product features, upgrades, and best practices
- Share insights from conversations to help product and tech teams
- Contribute to customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term loyalty
- Track personal performance and share weekly updates with the support lead
- Help us hit key support metrics: fast resolutions, high CSAT, customer retention and better product usage
