Job Summary:

The Customer Support Specialist will serve as the first point of contact for sellers and customers, helping them resolve issues, answer questions, and ensure a positive experience with the ipshopy.com platform. This role is ideal for someone who is patient, tech-savvy, and enjoys problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer and seller inquiries via chat, email, and phone
  • Assist users with store setup, order issues, payment gateway integration, and account management
  • Troubleshoot technical problems and escalate complex cases to the relevant internal teams
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM system
  • Guide users through platform features, policies, and best practices
  • Provide timely follow-ups to ensure issue resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with technical, onboarding, and sales teams to improve the overall user experience
  • Stay updated on product features, updates, and industry practices to support customers effectively

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (minimum qualification)
  • 1 years of experience in customer service, technical support, or help desk roles
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and patience in dealing with varied customer personalities
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and internet usage for support and reporting tasks
  • Comfortable using CRM tools, helpdesk software, and chat platforms
