Job Description

Customer Service Associate International Voice Process (US Healthcare)

Location:

Roles & Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls for international (US healthcare) customers.
Provide accurate information, resolve queries, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Maintain compliance with process requirements and company standards.
Document customer interactions and follow escalation protocols when necessary.
Meet targets related to call quality, customer satisfaction, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
Collaborate with team members to achieve department performance goals.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Minimum
1 year of experience
in International Voice Process / Customer Support.
Excellent verbal and written English communication (B2 level).
Graduate or Undergraduate with relevant experience.
Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.
Comfortable working in
night shifts
.
Immediate joiners from Bangalore or candidates willing to relocate.

Salary Range

20,000 – 30,000 Take Home + Incentives
