Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and internal processes to provide the best support possible. Preferred Candidate Profile: Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and positive demeanor. Basic knowledge of CRM systems or customer service platforms is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is preferred.
