Job Description

Job TItle: Customer Support- Operations

Role Overview

pricing, sales coordination, and customer support

Key Responsibilities

Prepare competitive pricing for Air & Sea shipments (Export/Import).
Coordinate with carriers: Shipping Lines, Airlines, NOVOCCs, Co-loaders & Transporters.
Support sales team with quotations, RFQs, and client requirements.
Handle customer queries, shipment updates, and post-shipment support.
Negotiate rates and maintain vendor relationships.
Coordinate with operations teams for booking, documentation, and execution.

Qualifications

Graduate / Postgraduate in International Trade or International Business (preferred).
13 years of experience in
Freight Forwarding / Logistics Operations
.

Must-Have Skills

Strong knowledge of
Air & Sea freight pricing
(Export/Import).
Good understanding of logistics processes, INCOTERMS, and documentation.
Excellent communication skills (written and spoken English).
Strong coordination, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and professional email handling.

Preferred Skills

Existing network with Shipping Lines, Airlines, Co-loaders & Transporters.
Experience handling RFQs and rate sheets.
Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Proficiency in MS Excel and logistics systems.
