About the Role

Project Head IT

Key Responsibilities

Lead planning, execution, and delivery of SaaS projects using Agile (Scrum/Kanban).
Define project scope, timelines, and budgets ensuring on-time, quality delivery.
Collaborate with business and product teams to align tech goals with objectives.
Provide architectural guidance for MERN, Python, and AI/ML-based solutions.
Oversee system scalability, security, and performance optimization.
Manage and mentor teams across Development, QA, and DevOps.
Drive automation, AI/ML integration, and digital transformation initiatives.
Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and DevOps pipelines.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience in
MERN stack
and
Python
.
Good understanding of
AI/ML concepts
and
data workflows
.
Experience in
cloud (AWS/Azure)
and
DevOps
practices.
Proven ability to manage and mentor cross-functional tech teams.
Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science is Mandatory
7+ years in IT project delivery and leadership roles.
PMP, Agile/Scrum Master, or ITIL certification preferred.
