Customer Support Executives (Voice Process)

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound voice support for Uber customers
  • Resolve customer queries promptly and professionally
  • Provide accurate information using internal tools and systems
  • Maintain quality and performance standards

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication in

    English and Tamil

    (both verbal and written)
  • Basic knowledge of

    Google Sheets

    and

    MS Excel

  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education

    : Graduation is

    mandatory

  • Experience

    : Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
  • Gender

    : Male & Female both eligible
  • Work Days

    : 6 days/week (Day shift)
  • Work Location

    : Uber India Systems Pvt Ltd, Ground Floor, Ten Square Mall, Koyambedu, Chennai

Salary & Benefits

  • Fixed Salary: 17,000/month
  • Variable Incentives: Up to 8,000/month
