Position Overview

Customer Support Executive

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming queries through phone, email, WhatsApp, and other platforms.
Provide accurate information about products, warranties, and return/refund policies.
Coordinate with internal teams (Warehouse, Service, R&D) to resolve issues.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM and ticketing tools.
Follow up on open issues until full resolution and customer satisfaction is achieved.
Assist in order tracking, replacements, and refund-related concerns.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the relevant departments.
Prepare and share weekly reports on support tickets and customer feedback.
Actively participate in feedback collection and suggest service/process improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Languages:
Proficient in
Hindi & English
(both are mandatory).
Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations with patience and professionalism.
Working knowledge of CRM/ticketing systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
Basic understanding of e-commerce and logistics is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Minimum
1 year of experience
in a customer support or service-related role.
