SUMMARY

Job Summary 


 We are seeking energetic, persuasive, and reliable professionals to join our support and engagement 

team. The core responsibility of this role is to connect with previously active driver - partners, 

understand their reasons for inactivity or churn, and proactively encourage them to return to the 

platform. This role requires not only empathy and problem - solving skills but also a strong sales 

mindset to overcome objections and highlight the platform’s value proposition effectively. 

 

Responsibilities 

Initiate outbound calls to inactive driver - partners and understand their reasons for leaving the 

platform. 

Identify and address dissatisfaction, concerns, or misconceptions with clarity and empathy. 

Use persuasive communication and sales techniques to convey the benefits of rejoining the 

platform. 

Engage drivers who may have migrated to competitors and present compelling reasons to 

return. 

Share updates about new features, incentives, or improvements that may address past issues. 

Maintain high satisfaction scores and contribute to reactivation targets. 


Document insights and feedback to help shape future engagement strategies. 

 

Qualifications 

A degree in any discipline. 

Strong verbal and written communication skills in the relevant local language(s). 

Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate digital tools. 

Confidence and fluency in delivering a sales pitch over the phone. 

Ability to listen, empathize, and respond with appropriate solutions. 

Resilience in handling objections and turning negative sentiment into positive outcomes. 


Prior experience in customer support, sales, telecalling, or re - engagement campaigns is a 

strong plus. 


Requirements

Requirements 

LANGUAGE PREFRENCE : TAMIL

Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer - facing, tele - sales, or outbound calling role. 

Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills. 

High energy, multitasking ability, and comfort working with targets in a fast-paced 

environment. 

 

Familiarity with Excel; experience with CRM or engagement platforms is a plus. 

Demonstrated ownership, empathy, and the drive to create impact through conversations.

Salary- 17K - 20k NTH
Shift- 9am-6pm
Working hours- Monday to Saturday
