Qualification & Experience: -

Bengaluru -

  • Shivaji Nagar & Kudlu Gate

    - Any Graduate Fresher/Experience in Customer Service
  • Nagavara

    - Any Graduate Fresher OR UG with Experience in Customer Care
  • Kundalahalli

    - Any Graduate with minimum 2 years of Experience in International Claims Processing & Adjudication (P&C/ Insurance/ Health Care).

Kolkata -

  • Bidhan Nagar

    - Any UG Fresher/Experience in Customer handling
  • New Town

    - Any Graduate Fresher/Experience

Mumbai -

  • Malad -

    Any Graduate Fresher or UG with experience in Blended process (Voice and Email).
  • Thane -

    Any HSC pass can apply.

Key Roles & Responsibilities: -

  • Handle inbound and/or outbound customer inquiries, complaints, and requests via phone, email or chat ensuring prompt and professional resolution.
  • Provide accurate and complete information about company products and services to customers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex problems to the appropriate internal teams (Technical Support, Management, etc.) when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistent service quality.
  • Meet qualitative and quantitative targets (e.g., CSAT, First Call Resolution, Average Handling Time).

Salary (Based on Interview and Experience) & Other Benefits: -

Bengaluru

  • Shivaji Nagar

    - 21k CTC - 25 CTC + Quarterly Bonus.
  • Kudlu Gate

    - 20.5k CTC - 30k CTC + Quarterly Bonus.
  • Nagavara -

    Up to 35k CTC + Incentives and Bonus.
  • Kundalahalli -

    Up to 41k CTC

Kolkata

  • Bidhan Nagar

    - 16k CTC - 25k CTC.
  • New Town

    - 17k - 18k CTC.

Mumbai -

  • Malad

    - 20k - 30k CTC
  • Thane

    - Up to 16k
