Role Responsibilities Handle customer queries through email, WhatsApp, and phone calls. Provide timely responses and ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements Minimum 6 months of experience in customer support or client communication. Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi). Good presentation and interpersonal skills. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple conversations efficiently. Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, Gmail, and basic CRM tools. Bonus Points Experience with tools like Zoho, HubSpot, or Freshdesk. Prior experience in D2C, eCommerce, or service-based businesses.
