Deliver prompt and professional solutions to ensure high customer satisfaction Accurately record and update customer information in the system or CRM Meet individual targets in areas like response time, quality, accuracy, and customer experience Collaborate with team leads or supervisors to resolve escalated cases (if required) Maintain confidentiality and professionalism during all customer interactions Stay updated on product knowledge and process changes through regular training We are currently hiring for the following BPO opportunities across multiple locations: 1. International Voice Process- Gurgaon Eligibility: Graduate / Undergraduate Minimum 6 months of international BPO experience Excellent English communication required Benefits: Salary: Up to 30,000 CTC (26,000 in-hand) Exceptional profiles: Up to 32,000 CTC (28,000 in-hand) Performance incentives: Up to 10,000 per month 5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Offs Both Side Cab Facility 2. NA Process- Lucknow (Voice & Chat) Eligibility: Undergraduate / Graduate Freshers & Experienced both eligible Good spoken and written English Benefits: Voice Freshers: 28,000 | Experienced: 30,000 Chat 26,000 (Fresher or Experienced) Shift: 247 (rotational for males) Female shifts: 9 PM 6 AM No Cab Facility Candidates should be comfortable with commute 3.
