Job Description

This job is provided by apna.co To reach potential customers via phone calls and promote various loan products including Personal Loan, Business Loan, Home Loan, Loan Against Property, etc., with the goal of generating leads and conversions.🛠️ Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers for loan requirements.Explain various loan products clearly and professionally.Understand the customer's financial needs and recommend suitable loan products.Generate leads and schedule appointments for field sales or documentation.Maintain lead records and follow up regularly through CRM or Excel.Coordinate with loan processing teams and banking partners.Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.Achieve daily, weekly & monthly calling and conversion targets.📌 Requirements & Skills:Minimum Qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (preferred)Experience in telecalling, loan sales, or telesales is a plus

Good Communication Skills (Hindi, English, Marathi Preferred)
