About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Service team. As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing solutions, and ensuring a smooth customer experience across various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, or chats to resolve customer queries.
Provide accurate information and effective solutions in a timely manner.
Maintain a professional and positive attitude while interacting with customers.
Record and update customer information in the system.
Follow company guidelines to meet quality and productivity targets.
Escalate complex issues to the concerned team when necessary.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Requirements

Undergraduates/Graduates can apply.
Freshers are welcome; training will be provided.
Good communication skills in English and/or Hindi.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Customer-centric attitude and willingness to learn.
Immediate Joiners Preferred
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
