Job Title: Customer Service Executive (Noida & Kolkata Locations)

Any Graduate / Under Graduate / Fresher / Experience can apply!

We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Service Executives to join our team. As a customer service representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving queries in a timely and professional manner.

Noida Location: Up to 4.5 LPA with 5 days working and Both side cabs are available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns effectively.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information to customers about our products and services.
  • Follow company guidelines and processes for handling customer queries and issues.
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to improve customer satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus, but freshers are also welcome.
  • Should be open to working in shifts (if required).

Location-specific Requirements:

  • Kolkata:

    Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and contributing to team goals.
  • Noida:

    Ready to adapt and work in a dynamic and growing company with a focus on customer satisfaction.

CTC Structure:

  • Kolkata Location: Up to 3.5 LPA with 5.5 Days of working and one side cabs are available.
