Job Title:

Hi Job Seekers,

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Service team at our Gurgaon office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, or chats to assist customers with their queries and complaints.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
Escalate unresolved concerns to the relevant departments and follow up till closure.
Maintain professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.
Meet daily/weekly performance and quality goals.
Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and soft skills.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate in any stream (freshers or experienced candidates welcome).
Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
Basic computer knowledge and typing speed.
Strong problem-solving ability and customer-centric approach.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts if required.
