Job Summary:
Understand the basic professional standards and established procedures, policies before taking action and making decisions. Processing claims/developing projects/handling calls, as per the process guidelines. Handling inbound communication via various means in a professional manner. Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction. About The Role :
identifying and establishing a new business. organizing sales visits. liaising with existing clients. preparing tenders, proposals, and quotations. providing pre-sales and post-sales support. negotiating contracts, terms, and conditions. reviewing cost and sales performance. writing reports and sales literature. providing product education and advice. attending trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings. ensuring that sales targets are met. Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services. Opens customer accounts by recording account information. Maintains customer records by updating account information. Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer&complaint determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution. Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments. Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
