Job Summary

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
  • Strong phone-handling skills and active listening ability
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support best practices
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Customer-oriented approach with adaptability to different personality types
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a Customer Support Executive role

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media promptly and professionally.
  • Resolve product or service-related concerns by clarifying issues, identifying the cause, and determining the best solution.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using appropriate tools and methods.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide suitable solutions and alternatives, and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and manage documentation.
  • Follow all communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and organizational policies to deliver accurate and timely support.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery.
