Role Overview

L1 Technical Support Executive

Key Responsibilities


  • Handle 35-40 customer calls per day with proper resolution.

  • Provide technical support for computers, operating systems (Windows & Mac), and software issues.

  • Communicate effectively with customers in

    English and Hindi

    (other South Indian languages are an added advantage).

  • Record and maintain accurate logs of customer interactions and resolutions.

  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Ability to handle high call volumes efficiently and professionally.

Minimum 1-2 years of customer support experience.

English & Hindi

Basic technical knowledge of computers, OS, and troubleshooting across Windows & Mac platforms.
