Role & responsibilities

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a polite and professional manner
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Follow scripts/guidelines while addressing different customer concerns
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the system
  • Promote customer satisfaction and loyalty by going the extra mile
  • Attend regular training sessions to stay updated and improve performance
  • Achieve daily and monthly performance targets

Preferred candidate profile

  • Good communication skills in

    Tamil and English

    (Required)
  • Active listening and a customer-focused attitude
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Previous experience in a call center is an advantage (not mandatory)
  • Punctuality and regular attendance are essential
  • Bachelors degree

  • Must be able to

    relocate or commute to Saibaba Colony, Coimbatore
