About the Role:
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to manage customer coordination, billing, logistics, and operational support. The role requires excellent communication, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Prepare & share client quotations✅ Process billing & maintain records✅ Coordinate transportation/logistics for orders✅ Follow up with clients for timely payments✅ Address customer queries & provide updates✅ Collaborate with internal teams✅ Maintain records in CRM/ERP

Requirements:

• Female candidates preferred
• 0–2 years of experience in customer service / billing / office coordination
• Science background preferred
• Strong communication & MS Office skills
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
