Job Description: Marketing Executive in Corporate Communication

Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and creative Corporate Communication Executive with a strong background in marketing and brand communication, preferably from the FMCG sector. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience working with or within advertising/creative agencies, and the ability to craft compelling communication strategies for both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints in alignment with corporate identity.

Collaborate with brand and product teams to ensure effective marketing and communication support.

Create engaging content for product launches, campaigns, digital media, internal communication, and PR initiatives. Develop marketing collateral, press releases, case studies, blogs, and scripts for promotional content.

Coordinate with PR agencies and media houses for press coverage and interviews. Track media outreach, monitor coverage, and maintain media relations database. Plan and manage employee communication initiatives, newsletters, and engagement campaigns.

Support internal branding efforts and events in collaboration with HR. Work with external ad agencies and creative teams to conceptualize and execute campaigns. Assist in digital and offline campaigns that enhance brand visibility and recall.

Monitor communication effectiveness through engagement metrics and feedback. Share insights and suggest improvements for future campaigns and communication strategies.

Candidate Requirements:

Graduate/Postgraduate in Mass Communication, Marketing, Advertising, or related field.

2+ years of experience in corporate communication or brand marketing in the FMCG industry.

Exposure to ad/creative agency environment is highly desirable. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong creative thinking.

Comfortable using tools like MS Office, Canva, and social media analytics tools.

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
