Key Responsibilities

• Drafting, editing, and managing press releases, media statements, and authored articles.
• Coordinating with media houses, journalists, and industry publications for proactive outreach.
• Managing DIPA’s

  LinkedIn, Twitter

  , and other communication channels.
• Supporting

  speech, talking points, and event communication

  for senior leadership.
• Developing communication collaterals — newsletters, reports, event summaries, social media content, and website updates.
• Tracking daily industry and policy news to identify opportunities for visibility.
• Coordinating DIPA’s participation and representation in

  industry events, panels, and conferences

  .
• Managing internal communication, design coordination (Canva/Adobe Suite), and brand consistency.
• Assisting in

  thought leadership initiatives

  — including whitepapers, articles, and knowledge-sharing activities.

Preferred Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong media understanding and interest in telecom, technology, and digital infrastructure.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, deadlines, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on with Canva / Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office, and digital communication tools.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced policy and media environment.

Desirable Skills

• Hands-on knowledge of IT Infrastructure, MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, G-Suite, and Mail Management systems.
• Basic understanding of data visualization, content formatting, and digital documentation.
