About DIPA

The Digital Infrastructure Providers Association (DIPA)

technology, policy, and industry operations

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain

  G-Suite, Microsoft Business, and Admin Consoles

  for DIPA and team members.
• Handle

  IT infrastructure

  including desktops, printers, LAN/Wi-Fi networks, intercoms, and UPS.
• Ensure regular

  data backup, cloud storage, and system security

  for all users.
• Manage

  DIPA’s web hosting, domain, and server backend

  , ensuring smooth uptime and updates.
• Coordinate

  software installations, OS upgrades

  , and troubleshooting for office systems.
• Maintain

  DVR and security camera systems

  , ensuring data retention and accessibility.
• Manage

  email accounts, credentials, and access rights

  for staff and official groups.
• Handle

  procurement, setup, and maintenance

  of IT hardware and accessories.
• Support team members with technical assistance and quick problem resolution.
• Liaise with vendors for

  IT AMC, repairs, renewals, and licensing.

Preferred Skills

• Strong understanding of

  network systems, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  hardware troubleshooting, data backup, and system administration

  .
• Basic knowledge of

  web hosting, DNS, and domain management

  .
• Good communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
• Ability to handle multiple IT functions independently in a small, agile team setup.
