As a Product Manager – CNS , you will drive the strategy, planning, and execution for products in the CNS therapeutic area. This role requires strong scientific understanding, commercial acumen, and experience working in complex, regulated environments. You will collaborate closely with R&D, marketing, medical affairs, regulatory, and sales to ensure the successful launch and lifecycle management of CNS therapies. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement product strategies for CNS therapies, aligned with corporate goals Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and unmet clinical needs in CNS Lead cross-functional launch planning and post-launch activities Support scientific and medical messaging, KOL engagement, and sales training Collaborate with regulatory and medical affairs teams to ensure product compliance and scientific accuracy Manage product budgets, forecasts, and performance tracking Identify new growth opportunities within the CNS portfolio Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹750,000.00 - ₹950,000.00 per year Benefits: Health insurance Life insurance Provident Fund Work Location: In person
