Job Summary:

We are seeking for a proactive and skilled IT Executive to manage and support our organization's IT infrastructure across multiple warehouse and cold chain locations. This role requires both technical expertise and hands-on experience in maintaining IT systems, network operations, and end-user support. The ideal candidate is reliable, well-organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, operations-driven environment.

Key Full Job Description:

· Managing and maintaining IT systems, networks, and infrastructure, inventory, records & transfer details.

· Overseeing IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.

· Assessing and managing IT risks, including downtime of lease line/internet.

· Assisting a team of IT professionals and providing support.

· Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver effective IT solutions.

· Evaluating and recommending new technologies, tools, and software to enhance IT operations.

· Ensuring compliance with IT policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

· Monitoring IT performance metrics and implementing improvements as needed.

· Providing technical expertise and support to resolve complex IT issues.

· Should have knowledge of configuration of network, firewall, Access points, router, etc.

· Vendor coordination.

Key Skills & Education :

• Bsc - IT/BE/Btec/MCA

• Strong knowledge of networking (routing & switching) and firewall configuration.

• Hands-on experience with routing protocols.

• Proficiency in Windows operating systems.

• Strong IT troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of IT inventory management, CCTV, and biometric systems.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

• Experience in vendor management and technical coordination.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
