· To create and maintain user administration (setup and maintaining user accounts)
· Procurement of all IT Infrastructure related equipment and their Maintenance
· Identify vendors and coordinate with them for all IT related maintenance, repair, Troubleshoot & disposal.
· Verify that peripherals are working properly
Quickly arrange repair for hardware in occasion of hardware failure
· Monitor system performance
· Advice management on IT usage and information security protocols.
· Create a backup and recover policy
· Monitor network communication
· Update system as soon as new version of OS and application software comes out
· Ensure system configuration in such a way that, all necessary firewalls are deployed to avoid any kind of hacking of company systems.
· A system admin must have a strong grasp of computer security (e.g. firewalls and intrusion detection systems)
· Password and identity management.
· Inventory management.
· Arranging vedio conference as needed.
· Enable faster and smarter business processes and implement analytics for meaningful insights
· Integration of different software platform for organizations compatibility.
