Role- IT Executive
Location- Goregaon East
Budget- 3LPA
Preference- Male Candidate

Job Summary:
We are looking for an IT Executive to provide L1/L2 technical support, manage network security, and ensure smooth IT operations across systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide L1/L2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Manage and monitor firewalls, VPNs, IP addressing, and network connectivity.
Perform data backups, recovery, and basic system maintenance.
Troubleshoot network and system issues and escalate when required.
Maintain IT documentation and ensure system security and uptime.

Requirements:

Knowledge of Networking, Firewall, VPN, Backups, IP Addressing.
Basic understanding of CCNA-level concepts.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Diploma/Bachelor’s in IT or related field preferred.
