Job Description

Role & responsibilities We are looking for a proactive and articulate Sr. Process Associate/Associate to join our International Outbound Process team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound calls to international customers, resolving their queries, promoting services or products, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Preferred candidate profile Make outbound calls to international clients/customers for product support, service feedback, or sales campaigns. Communicate clearly and professionally to understand customer needs and provide accurate information. Handle objections and resolve customer issues or complaints efficiently. Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets as per campaign goals. Maintain detailed call logs and update CRM systems accurately. Follow communication scripts, procedures, and guidelines where applicable. Collaborate with internal departments to escalate and resolve complex issues. Stay updated with knowledge, system changes, and international communication norms. Requirements: Proven experience in customer service or outbound calling (international process preferred). Excellent verbal communication skills in English (neutral or international accent is a plus). Strong listening, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices. Ability to work in night shifts and adapt to rotating schedules if required. Strong time management and organizational skills. No Cab facility, additional travel allowance will be provided. Open for rotational week offs. Looking for only Immediate joiners or 30 days. Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience into Backend Support, Preferably outbound process.
