Assignment description Coordinate pre emptive systems maintenance (e.g. certificate renewals with Solita upgrades with Solita, and development with Solita and SoftwareAG. Fulfill Power User access requests (approval by system owner) Run a monthly Configuration Manager meeting (or piggyback in existing ITACM meetings TBD) to understand operational priorities.

Provide (or coordinate) basic training to end users/system owners on request during 2024: help people find existing introductory videos and documents

It is expected that the initial weeks will be spent in self study and introduction meetings to learn about the current system, as well as triaging the incident backlog together with the system owner.

Afterwards, a weekly synch meeting with the system owner is expected to suffice. Skill requirements BE/BTECH/MCA Absorbing knowledge, work independently, take initiatives, check when really needed.

This individual must demonstrate self leadership, taking initiative and responsibility in their tasks. Analytical skills are essential for addressing complex challenges effectively. Role description The application portfolio operations manager is expected to Manage incidents placed on the Alfabet system in Service Portal as second line support: do initial analysis; prioritize (with system owner where needed)

Resolve standard incidents/requests (e.g. helping setup new systems, resurrecting mistakenly retired systems, provide guidance towards reports, remove retired information flows &c); coordinate third line support from external provider for complex incidents and requests;

o coordinate with Configuration Managers at BAs and Divisions for policy and data quality issues; coordinate with other system support for integration issues; communicate with end user on resolutions, options and tips & tricks. Update reference data (primarily organization and location data) for Configuration Managers at BAs and Divisions.
