Maintain training records and ensure compliance with internal and external audit

requirements Roles and Responsibilities

Develop customized training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online modules.
Design and deliver process training programs for travel/aviation industry professionals, focusing on international processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

3-5 years of experience in aviation management or related field with a focus on customer service, cabin crew activities, ground staff activities, or travel domain.
Strong understanding of international process flows in the travel/aviation industry.
Excellent communication skills with ability to engage audiences effectively through presentation delivery.
Must be Ok working with rotational shifts and rotational week offs.
Maintain training records and ensure compliance with internal and external audit
requirements
